今期《新假期》(#443)中，刊登了一輯名為「新健康飲食宣言」的專題，除了介紹健康食店、有機食材、環保食具外，還提到公平貿易和社會企業。。。
去年，因為一齣電影節的紀錄片，我認識了「公平貿易」這個名詞，也開始明白為何某幾個咖啡品牌的價錢比兩大咖啡連鎖店高出幾倍；今年，因為工作，我接觸了一家社會企業，從而對這個新詞有更深入的認識。
一直以為「社會企業」就是指那些聘請身體殘障或弱勢社群的公司，最近才發現，原來香港還有另一種社會企業，他們默默地協助有需要的人，扣除基本開支後，全數撥捐受惠機構，真的非常值得支持！

聘請智障人士工作的一片天小廚，食物質素看來不錯，有空必定會去試試；

My "1st" job after my grad in 2006 summer, i've worked in a company on providing workshop on Corporate Social Responsibilities ("CSR" 社會企圖) for 2 mths, quite a "hang sheep-head, sell dog-meat" company ...

also, a highly recommended CSR cafe in Kowloon Tong - "Cornwall Cafe". U know the little park between Festival Walk & Kowloon Tong KCR station? Just walk up the staircase, see the sports centre, G/F - good services by rehabilated youngsters, cheap prices.
I knew Cornwall Cafe too!!
